Regional Healthcare

Southwestern Indiana is home to some of the leading healthcare providers in the nation, and Warrick County is no exception.  In January of 2006 the county welcomed the arrival of the new Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  Located at the intersection of Epworth Road and the Lloyd Expressway, the Deaconess Gateway Hospital is a full-service, 116 bed facility.  The Gateway complex also features The Women’s Hospital, the Deaconess Chancellor Center for Oncology, as well as the Deaconess Riley Children’s Specialty Center

Warrick County is also home to St. Mary’s Warrick , formerly known as Warrick Hospital.  St. Mary’s Warrick has served the surrounding community since 1975 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.  St. Mary’s Warrick also operates the Warrick EMS Department, which currently has five stations spaced throughout the county.
