Real Estate Market

The real estate market in Warrick County demonstrates strong, steady growth.  Building permits have consistently risen in the past few years; 591 were filed in 2004 alone.  (STATS Indiana) The population growth within the county is expected to be great enough to absorb another 2,000 housing units within the next five years.  This is evidenced by the increased development of commercial, single family, and apartment dwellings, especially in the southwestern portion of the county.
